Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and the European Union.
How long it takes
Every Everlight Cross Tree is made to order, so there are two stages to your delivery:
- Making and dispatch: 3–10 working days
- Delivery: 10–21 working days
That gives a total of roughly 7–21 working days from order to doorstep.
This depends on the region you are located in.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays begin production on the next working day.
All Delivery is Free
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our production facility.
If you have not received this within 14 working days of ordering, email hello@martusclo.store and we will look into it.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is showing as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and look for a safe place note first, as couriers sometimes leave parcels without ringing.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 21 days of the dispatch date so we can raise it with the courier.
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Once an order has gone into production, we may not be able to change it.
